Lee Munz currently serves as the Water Quality Management Plan (WQMP) Program Administrator and Regional Office Coordinator for the Texas State Soil and Water Conservation Board (TSSWCB) headquartered in Temple, Texas. He is responsible for managing the WQMP Program which provides technical and financial assistance to producers to implement conservation practices. He also oversees the complaint process, which is used to resolve water quality issues. Lee manages seven Regional Offices that employ approximately 30 employees across the state that assist in implementing the WQMP program.
He is a graduate of Tarleton State University in Stephenville, Texas, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Services and Development in May 1998.
