Catherine Stanley has served the Texas State Office of USDA’s Natural Resources Conservation Service as an environmental engineer since 2005. She earned her B.S. in Agricultural Engineering from Texas A&M University, College Station, in December 1993. During her time at TCEQ, she assisted with the revisions to the CAFO rules. In her current position, she provides state-wide support to NRCS’ zone and field offices on matters concerning animal feeding operations, air quality, and more. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, bunco, and a good game of “42” dominoes.
