C.W. Schneider
C.W. Schneider is the Team Leader of the Land Application Team in the Water Quality Division of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ). His team is responsible for permitting Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations (CAFO) and Biosolids land application sites. He has 25 years of experience in various roles from civil engineering consulting firms to municipal and state agencies. He has been with TCEQ since 2009 and has held his current position since 2017.
C.W. graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Engineering in 1995 and a Master of Engineering degree in and Biological and Agricultural Engineering in 2002. He is a licensed professional engineer in the State of Texas.
